Mother-of-two, 32, traveling with her young daughters to visit family is killed by driver fleeing DUI checkpoint in Virginia
Police say the crash occurred Friday afternoon on Route 58 in the town of Coeburn, in Wise County. Mother-of-two Rebecca Starling (pictured) of St. Charles, Missouri, died at the scene.
