Cousins who attacked man in Llanrwst caravan appear in court
Two cousins, charged with wounding after a man was attacked in a caravan, have appeared in court.
Gavin Paul Davies, 26, of Glanrafon, Llanrwst, and Stuart Anthony Davies, 28, of Perthi, Llanrwst, were arrested following the alleged assault on the 29-year-old in the town earlier this month.
They appeared before a judge at Caernarfon Crown Court and had been expected to enter a plea to the charges.
But Judge Niclas Parry adjourned the hearing after being told evidence prepared by the prosecutor had not yet been disclosed to the men’s legal team.
The men, who spoke only to confirm their names during the brief hearing, were told arrangements were being made to hand over the necessary documents and they will appear again before a court on May 18.
There was no application for bail and both were remanded in custody.
