Biker killed in crash near Machynlleth

A man died in a crash in a village near Machynlleth on Monday morning.

Emergency services were called to an accident at Aberhosan at roughly 9.30am.

The collision involved a red Citroen Xsara Picasso and a silver Kawasaki motorcycle.

The 67-year-old man riding the motorbike died.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, or who was travelling along that stretch of road at the time, is asked to contact Dyfed-Powys Police on 101.
