Former terror group leader wins battle to sue MI5 and MI6
Ismael Kamoka, 51, was jailed in the UK in 2007 after he admitted funding the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) and providing false passports. He has now won the right to sue MI5 and MI6.
