Construction worker, 56, survives after being impaled by a 10ft long iron rod in the HEAD
The metal pole fell from heights and speared into the 56-year-old in China. Firefighters had to shorten the bar so he could be taken to the hospital. Doctors removed the bar in a three-hour operation.
