Dog walker helps woman scare off would-be muggers in Wrexham
A dog walker came to the aid of a woman being mugged in a park in Wrexham.
At roughly 8.15pm on Saturday April 22 the woman was walking in a park off Whitegate Road in the town when she was attacked by two people.
The pair were trying to take the woman’s handbag when the dog walker came over having seen the victim knocked to the floor and injured.
The two suspects fled the scene on foot without the handbag.
They are described as wearing hooded tops, with their hoods up.
One is thought to have long dark hair.
