A recent interview with Ed Sheeran has found that he uses songwriting as a therapeutic method. With his recent hits of Galway Girl, Shape of You and Castle on the Hill, it comes as no surprise that he loves writing music.
Ed said:
“I think any time I’ve ever got down or ever felt low the one thing that picks me up from that is writing a song about it because at least you’ve got a positive experience out of a bad experience.” (1)
It’s clear to see that he makes good use of writing songs, producing some fantastic tracks but also benefiting from the therapy it creates.
Hi most recent album Divide has some of his best singles yet. He spoke about how he tries to make as many songs as possible in a day and having to eliminate which ones would be best to publish to the world.
There are hints that Ed will be collaborating with Rita Ora in an upcoming single after a video that showed them both in the recording studio.
According to Ed Sheeran’s fan account, the single is likely to appear on Rita Ora’s new album.
