Man is arrested after attempting to STEAL the Olympic torch on the streets of Sao Paulo before being tackled to the ground by police
The man was arrested by officers from the National Public Security Force after lunging out at the torch this morning. The flame will reach Rio de Janeiro’s Maracanã Stadium on August 5.
