Sold for scrap – Britain's last working aircraft carrier: HMS Illustrious the final surviving warship from the Falklands War is heading for the junkyard
The aircraft carrier, based in Portsmouth since it was decommissioned in 2014, is now set to be sent to Turkey and be scrapped following sister ships HMS Ark Royal and HMS Invincible.
